-fixed an issue with gen_pxiconfig regarding coexistance of both builds
  -changed cuda flags to sm_20 and ran rudimentary tests
  -small issue with lb build when including lb-d3q1X.hpp (afaik unused)
  -shortened some paths in CMakeLists (at least where I'm sure it works)
  -make dg works now
