There are valid reasons to place the author or editor fields inside
double curly braces. For example, IUPAC, or "International Union of
Pure and Applied Chemistry", would be abbreviated by several BibTeX
styles as two authors, like this: "I. U. of Pure, A. Chemistry".
It is not possible to programmatically detect organization names,
hence user discretion is advised.
